Our delivery promise is 2 business days for Medellín and 2 to 3 business days for domestic shipments (exceptions apply in some towns). If the order has already been invoiced, you can track it from the business day following the dispatch of the order, with the number of the guide sent to your email.
All products are guaranteed for 30 days from the date of purchase.
If the garment you purchased has any quality or suitability problem, and all the care and washing recommendations have been complied with, and the term of the guarantee that has been offered has not expired, you can process your guarantee request by contacting your consultant or seller, via email contacto@gracies.com.co or WhatsApp line +57 315151410
The garments subject to change by color and size and is subject to availability. The client must assume the value of sending the exchange or return package to the GRACIES facilities.
Requirements to make changes or returns:
- 1. The products must have been purchased at gracias.com.co or our direct sales line.
- 2. Please make sure that the parts to be exchanged are in their original condition, unused and unwashed.
- 3. Verify that your products have been delivered 3 (three) business days before requesting the change.

The shipping cost must be borne by the customer. Shipping to the metropolitan area (Medellín) has a value of $7,000 and national shipments cost $12,000.
To your email registered at the time of purchase, you will receive a message notifying the guide number and the carrier in charge so that you can do their respective follow-up.
